Great Australian Bites - Warwick

Locals in Warwick made the most of the summer atmosphere and celebrated Australia Day as the region hosted its second Great Australian Bites event on Sunday 26 January.

Revellers gathered at Palmerin Street to enjoy a toe-tapping line-up of home-grown musical talent and a mouth-watering array of tasting plates featuring regional produce, supplied by local chefs.

Family friendly activities kept kids and the young at heart entertained throughout the afternoon, while the musical stylings of Witch Doctor, The Fern Brothers, Neil Murray, Sleeping Dogs and Gold Chisel provided the ideal Australia Day soundtrack.

Great Australian Bites in Warwick was presented by the Queensland Government in partnership with Southern Downs Regional Council and the National Australia Day Council and proudly supported by Hit 91.9.
