11 am DJ Gurps DJ Gurps is resident DJ at Brisbane nightclub, Oh Hello, and has opened for world renowned artists, DJ Snake and Skillrex. DJ Gurps will drop the perfect laid back soundtrack for your Australia Day long weekend celebrations.
12 pm Jayce McNeill Jayce McNeill studied classical piano at the Griffith Conservatorium and is currently a freelancing performer and composer. Jayce’s piano music will set the tone for a relaxing afternoon by the river at Great Australian Bites.
12.45 pm  Tutti Frutti Tutti Frutti’s Ski-BOOM! act will capture the attention of children and the young at heart. Go on a journey with Tina Star as she searches for the next waterskiing champion. This interactive, fun-filled family show will take you on a wild ride through the ocean, all on dry land!
1.15 pm Dr Hubble's Bubbles Dr Hubble’s Bubbles is the newest creation of world renowned circus and sideshow performer, Shep Huntly. Children and adults alike will wonder at the magic and beauty of Dr Hubble’s bubbles—square bubbles, giant bubbles and a bubble big enough to cover a child! 
1.55 pm Tutti Frutti Tutti Frutti’s Ski-BOOM! act will capture the attention of children and the young at heart. Go on a journey with Tina Star as she searches for the next waterskiing champion. This interactive, fun-filled family show will take you on a wild ride through the ocean, all on dry land!
2.20 pm Dr Hubble's Bubbles Dr Hubble’s Bubbles is the newest creation of world renowned circus and sideshow performer, Shep Huntly. Children and adults alike will wonder at the magic and beauty of Dr Hubble’s bubbles—square bubbles, giant bubbles and a bubble big enough to cover a child!

3.30 pm Tutti Frutti  The Tutti Frutti Circus Act is great for the young and young at heart. Tina Star is the lead character in this dry land aquatic adventure! Go on a journey with Tina as she searches for the next waterskiing champion. This interactive fun filled family show will take you on a wild ride through the ocean, all on dry land!
4 pm Emma Bosworth With her striking vocals and worldly lyrics, Emma Bosworth will draw you in with that all too rare combination of authenticity and genuine emotion. 
4.55 pm McKisko Embrace McKisko’s minimalist, but powerful sounds as this talented multi-instrumentalist performs her original and hauntingly beautiful songs.  
5.50 pm Seja Brisbane synth Queen Seja Vogel is a member of synth-punk trio Sekiden and genre mashers Reguritator as well as the soundsmith of her own beautiful solo albums, an artist constantly wanting to push her own creative boundaries, Seja’s solo output is a synthesis of her musical lineage to date, with future-pop production and blissful vocal harmonies. All hail Seja!
6.40 pm Karl S. Williams This country-blues singer with an affinity for music of the southern United States, has performed at music festivals all over the county, never without his trustee banjo. Karl might introduce his songs with a whisper, but the soulful ballads and emotional blues produced by this NSW’s singer-songwriter resonate in your heart long after the final key is played.
 7.30 pm Australia Day Fireworks  Don’t miss the spectacular Australia Day fireworks display along the Brisbane River, with Great Australian Bites at River Quay offering a perfect vantage point. 7.30 pm.
 7.45 pm                                  Dan Kelly                        Dan’s music mystifies listeners with his anthology of emotional, psychedelic, and deeply satirical lyrics. 3.50 pm Tylea A long established figure in Brisbane city’s musical landscape, this vibrant independent singer-songwriter has coloured Brisbane’s streets with her ambient pop sounds since the mid- 90s.
4.45 pm Mexico City Mexico City are a Brisbane band whose moody tunes and lyrical storytelling has opened for the some of world’s biggest bands. Mexico City’s front men will be performing relaxed, acoustic renditions of their latest tracks.

6.35 pm Tim Steward Front man for Brisbane Indie scene favourites Screamfeeder, guitarist, singer and songwriter Tim Steward was raised on a musical diet of Buddy Holly and The Beatles with a twist of classic English punk-rock. Performing solo at Great Australian Bites Tim’s sound produces down-to-earth lyrics that resonate with young and old alike.
 7.30 pm Ben Ely  Ben Ely has been playing in bands for the past 25 plus years. From the earlier Huxley Family through Pangaea and Brokenhead, to the long lived, loved and lauded Regurgitator, Ben has for the first time ever ventured into a genuine wood-grained solo album with Goodbye Machine.
